This really moved me, you describe the creative awakening with the Void so perfectly. A heartfelt and rateable article. Thank you for sharing your journey Cael. It never ceases to amaze me how our lives can transmute in the darkest of times, you write beautifully.

Cael, beautiful reading your spiritual journey and the source of creativity unlocking something for you. I resonated with that, as well as your previous experience with same organized religion and the binary “it’s true or it’s not” thinking that is prevalent in Mormon culture

Thank you @TheQuantumQuill, I really appreciate you sharing your own resonance with my story. I wasn't sure if you said this, but are you also Mormon/exmormon or did you live through a similar "all or nothing" culture?

Yes, prior to my own spiritual awakening, I identified as Mormon. There is still a lot of programming and limiting beliefs I’m in the process of letting go of.

Gonna DM you, I'm curious about your journey.

By all means, I’d be happy to chat and connect further.

I accidentally hit post too quick, ha.

When my own beliefs changed, it felt like everything opened up. The irony is that when I let go of my faith, I felt that warm loving embrace and still feel regularly (the very thing frustratingly didn’t feel back when I was doing “everything I was supposed to”)

There is something about being true to ourselves that opens this channel up with the divine in our hearts. Will look forward to reading more of your writing.

Also, the monotony of a tech job - damn I felt that, and still do. May creativity, imagination and writing propel us into greener pastures.

Your piece In Nihilism’s Loving Womb feels like entering a silent field where emptiness doesn’t destroy but quietly nourishes.

In my work, I call this the Ontological Radiation Field an invisible resonance, like the warmth of the sun or the echo of a heartbeat in a quiet room.

We don’t see it, but it shapes how we breathe and live.

Thank you. Your ontological radiation field made me think of the idea of prana. Which I think is a great connection to make.
